Job summary

Overlake Hospital is seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Technician for the Sterile Processing Department. The role covers decontamination, assembly, packaging and sterilization of reusable items, with responsibility for developing and maintaining processing systems under supervision.

This full-time night shift (10pm–6:30am) on a Monday–Friday schedule offers opportunities to work with experienced staff and contribute to high standards of patient safety in a climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, package and sterilize all reprocessed items and equipment.
• Prepare full surgical instrument trays for sterilization.
• Develop and maintain systems and projects under supervision.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
