Mount Carmel Health System in Ohio is seeking an Instrument Technician Non-Certified to process reusable hospital and surgical instruments, including advanced laparoscopic tools, case carts and orthopedic supplies. This full-time, night-shift role supports safe, efficient reprocessing in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow policy, ensure patient safety, and participate in quality assurance while working with a collaborative team dedicated to the Mount Carmel mission and patient-centered

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Performs decontamination, assembly and sterilization processes.
• Performs case cart preparation using pick sheets / cards.
• Maintains safe work environment and prioritizes workload.
• Communicates inventory shortages and substitutions as needed.
• Ensures proper Quality Assurance documentation.
