The ideal candidate will hold an Iowa RN license, be BLS certified, and proficient in computer data entry and EMR documentation, collaborating with interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Formación

• Current RN license recognized by state board.
• Successful demonstration of Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Proficient with computer data entry and EMR documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provides, delegates, and coordinates comprehensive professional nursing care.
• Oversees non-professional nursing personnel and maintains standards.
• Performs assessment and planning with interdisciplinary team.
• Administers medications and evaluates effectiveness.
• Communicates effectively and participates in performance improvement.
• Participates in unit meetings and ensures patient care quality.
