Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care under supervision of the department nurse leader.
- Assess patient needs and develop an individualized care plan with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and monitor effectiveness.
- Coordinate with other care team members to meet patient outcomes.
- Participate in orientation and continuous quality improvement activities.
