Job summary

The Broadlawns Medical Center is seeking a Healthcare Technician to support nursing staff in 7p-7a shifts. You will perform basic patient care tasks and assist with documentation in the EMR system, ensuring patient safety and timely care.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, CNA training (75 hours minimum) and BLS certification. Prior acute care experience is preferred. This position offers a supportive team and comprehensive benefits at Broadlawns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Basic CNA course (75 hours minimum) or approved training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses with basic patient care tasks.
• Document effectively in the EMR system.
• Attend unit meetings to meet departmental attendance expectations.
