Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking an entry-level production associate for the 10pm–6am shift. You will stack sheets from the corrugator, set up and operate equipment, verify bundles, and help maintain quality and safety on the line.

Prior experience isn’t required, and there is potential for growth within the operations team. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to read a tape measure, and willingness to train on additional machines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure and apply measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Stack sheets from the corrugator per production schedule.
• Set up bundler, hold down arm, load former, and delivery end of machine as instructed.
• Secure cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags from production runs.
• Ensure correct bundle and unit counts.
• Stack finished boxes according to the factory master.
