Pratt Industries is seeking a Corrugator StackER Operator to join our full-time team in Pratt Industries. The role involves stacking sheets from the corrugator, including setup, operation, and cleanup, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Shift options include 3rd shift: 9pm–6am, Sunday; 10pm–6am, Mon-Thu. Benefits begin with one month of service and include tuition reimbursement, time off, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to calculate percentages, measurements, volume, and rate.
• Ability to apply high school level math concepts.

Responsibilities

• Stack sheets from the corrugator, including setup, operation, cleanup.
• Relay messages to proper personnel promptly regarding adjustments.
• Assist corrugator crew as assigned by supervisor.
• Turn in maintenance work orders and support proactive maintenance.
• Adhere to production schedule.
• Learn to back up Slitter Operator and Doublebacker.
• Operate corrugator conveyor lines and unitizer.
• Read corrugator lineups.
• Restack, flip stack, and handband units.
• Assist in training of dry end personnel.
• Comply with safety and housekeeping policies.
