Job summary

Pratt Industries in Ohio is seeking an entry-level stacking operator to support the corrugator line. You will be responsible for stacking sheets, setting up equipment, performing clean-up, conducting quality checks, and suggesting improvements to operations.

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday with overtime and some weekends. A High School Diploma/GED and a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stack finished boxes per the factory master and ensure correct bundle and unit counts.
• Set-up bundler, hold down arm, load former, and delivery end of machine per setup techniques.
• Secure cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags from production runs.
• Monitor board quality and report problems to the operator.
• Complete necessary reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
• Willingness to move up the line and cross-train on other machines.
• Comply with company policies, safety rules, and housekeeping standards.
