Job summary

Pratt Industries is hiring a Stacker in Rockwall, TX. This full-time role operates on the 3rd shift (11:30pm – 7:30am) and requires weekend availability and flexibility to come in early or stay late.

Responsibilities include stacking sheets from the corrugator, setup, operation, cleanup, and collaborating with the Corrugating Supervisor. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, disability coverage, EAP, HSA, and life

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate.
• Able to apply concepts of high school math.

Responsibilities

• Relay messages promptly regarding necessary adjustments to proper personnel.
• Assist Corrugator crew as assigned by supervisor.
• Submit maintenance work orders for needed repairs and participate in equipment upkeep.
• Adhere to production schedule and optimize scheduling to meet goals.
• Learn to back up Slitter Operator and Doublebacker when needed.
• Restack, flip stacks, and handband units as necessary.
• Participate in training of dry end personnel and follow safety procedures.
