Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Miramar, FL is seeking a Specimen Processing Group Lead for the night shift (10:00 PM–7:00 AM) with weekend rotation. The role supervises 8–12 technicians, coordinates schedules, and ensures production and quality goals are met.

Qualifications

• Internal candidates must have at least 1 year in SPT III/related role.
• 3 years experience in a laboratory environment with Specimen Processing preferred.
• Medical background preferred with terminology applicable to a clinical laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 8-12 Specimen Technicians and coordinate schedules.
• Assist in performance reviews and disciplinary action input.
• Lead by example to maintain productivity and quality goals.
