Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field.
• Graduated from an accredited sonography program.
• Experience with diagnostic ultrasound preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient safety-related policies, procedures and protocols.
• Demonstrate proactive approach to patient safety by questioning current policies and processes.
• Identify and report environmental conditions that may put a patient at risk.
• Report potential patient safety concerns or medical errors in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing exam rooms and ultrasound equipment per safety protocols.
