Job summary

Charter Next Generation, Inc. in Rhinelander, WI is seeking a Slitter Operator - Night Shift to run state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment and produce high-quality specialty films. You will monitor quality and help troubleshoot equipment.

Shifts include Mon-Fri 8-hour nights or Mon-Thurs 10-hour nights. Candidates should have 1–3 years of extrusion experience, be able to lift 50 lb, possess basic mechanical aptitude, and communicate well.

Qualifications

• 8 or 10 hour shifts available, night shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• 1–3 years of plastic extrusion experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Wages from $18.00+ with night shift differential

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion equipment to produce films
• Slitting, rewinding master rolls
• Monitor production quality and safety
• Troubleshoot equipment as needed
• Collaborate with supervisor and team
