Job summary

Charter Next Generation in Rhinelander, WI, is seeking an Entry Operator for FLEX shift to operate extrusion equipment and produce high-quality specialty films. You will monitor production quality, troubleshoot minor issues, and follow safety and QC procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.

• Wages ranging from $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films.
• Monitor production quality and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Participate in comprehensive training program.
• Complete QC testing per procedures.
• Pack and label pouches per specifications.
• Maintain housekeeping and preventative maintenance tasks.
