Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Sleep Lab Technician to perform overnight polysomnography and HSAT, monitor patients, and manage equipment within the Sleep Lab at McKay-Dee and Layton hospitals.

The role requires current RPSGT/RST or CRT license, BLS/RQI certification, and the ability to work varied night shifts. You will mentor PSGT CPSGT staff and ensure adherence to AASM guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS or RQI certification required.
• Current RPSGT/RST or CRT license (state) if required.
• Available to work varying shifts, including night shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies using PAP therapy interventions.
• Perform Home Sleep Apnea Tests (HSAT).
• Monitor and document patients undergoing physiologic studies.
• Monitor and track equipment and supplies; complete record keeping and charting.
• Address and solve technical and interpersonal problems; demonstrate communication skills.
