Qualifications

• Must have or be in training toward RPSGT certification per AASM guidelines.
• Minimum 18 months of medical experience in a healthcare setting; 6 months in a Sleep Lab.
• Board certification by NBRC or equivalent; active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform sleep diagnostic and therapeutic services per department policies.
• Place electrodes and sensors; monitor overnight sleep studies.
• Transcribe physician orders and compile test results for review.
• Initiate CPAP/BiPAP titration and manage oxygen during testing.
• Maintain equipment, rooms, and supplies; assist in patient transport as needed.
