Capstone Logistics in the United States is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations with warehouse associates. You will focus on safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction while preparing and balancing logs, budgets, and reports.

This role trains towards running your own site as Capstone grows. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution/transportation, strong communication skills, and budget awareness.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven customer service experience with internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and read basic financial reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Manage site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Balance daily deposits and write daily logs.
• Prepare and transmit reports to corporate.
• Audit labor and billing reports daily.
• Meet customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Capstone policies and safety rules.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and training sessions.
• Assist in managing site and department budgets.
• Schedule shifts and recruit/train associates.
• Oversee data entry, closeouts, and payroll records.
