Menasha Corporation in Ruffs Dale, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate for the 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). You will assemble orders, prepare shipments, record data, and generate shipping reports while coordinating with drivers and production teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy in labeling, timely dispatch, and resolving shipment issues, with occasional overtime. A High School diploma and 4 years shipping/receiving experience are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 4 years of experience in shipping & receiving.
• Knowledge of shipping processes, labeling, and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute shipping schedules with local freight shipments.
• Create shipping labels and contact carriers to arrange shipment.
• Compare and verify items against bills of lading and invoices.
• Communicate with managers to coordinate production lines and shipments.
• Log and inventory shipments to maintain a running total.
• Resolve outbound and inbound delivery issues with stakeholders.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for correct specifications and incoming shipments for damages.
• Assist with waste tracking and prepare business reports.
