Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving professional for the third shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.). You will assemble orders, prepare shipments, and coordinate with truck drivers and carriers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 4 years of shipping/receiving experience, with strong organizational and communication skills. This is an on-site position with opportunities for growth within a long-standing manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• 4 years of shipping & receiving experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicates instructions to checkers/loaders and drivers.
• Coordinates and executes shipping schedules and dispatches local freight.
• Creates shipping labels and arranges shipments with carriers.
• Verifies shipment information against bills of lading and orders.
• Collaborates with managers to coordinate production lines and finishes.
• Logs shipments and maintains inventory to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolves outbound/inbound delivery issues with stakeholders.
• Inspects outgoing/incoming shipments for damages or shortages.
