Job summary

Vital Farms is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for the Night Shift in Springfield, Missouri. You will load and unload eggs and materials, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and scan with our DSI system in a climate‑controlled warehouse.

You’ll work 12‑hour shifts on a rotating schedule, starting with a night crew. The role requires at least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience, forklift or pallet jack certification, and English proficiency for safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1 year shipping and receiving experience.
• Certified to operate a forklift or pallet jack.
• Speak, read, and write in English for safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders using electric pallet jacks and scanners.
• Load trucks and organize finished goods for FIFO.
• Move and store items in a safe manner.
• Monitor movement of goods with the DSI system.
• Create a positive experience for drivers and customers.
• Build pallets and read bills of lading and sales orders.
