Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading teams in shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing settings.
• Proficient in Amtech system and billing outbound freight.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varied temperatures (40°F to 120°F).

Responsibilities

• Lead the shipping team in loading finished goods to correct destinations.
• Assign tasks and routes for local deliveries, pickups, and transfers.
• Ensure team readiness, equipment availability, and adherence to schedules.
