Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Palestine, TX is seeking a hands-on shipping/warehouse associate. You will transport product nightly, assist with paperwork, and support inventory control while adhering to NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks and hand carts, labeling and wrapping products for shipping, and ensuring accurate documentation. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and extended shifts with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping is a plus.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
• Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.

Responsibilities

• Transport product using hand carts, pallet jacks, etc.; follow safety protocols.
• Ensure product is labeled, stacked and wrapped correctly for shipping.
• Scan and track pallets from production to cooler.
• Verify and process required paperwork.
• Assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines.
