Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Warehouse Associate to transport products, palletized goods, and cages for shipping while handling required paperwork and inventory duties. You will operate hand carts and pallet jacks, ensuring correct labeling, wrapping, and pallet tracking from production to cooler.

Applicants should be able to work nights, weekends, and extended shifts, with a HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping a plus.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
• Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.

Responsibilities

• Transport product using hand carts and pallet jacks under general supervision.
• Ensure all product is labeled, stacked and wrapped correctly for shipping.
• Scan and track pallets from production to cooler.
• Correctly verify and process required paperwork.
• Assist with verifying accurate inventory counts as needed.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines in all tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
