Job summary

Wayne Farms in Texas seeks a loader for night shift to manage feed bulk load-out, sample collection, and weigh/feed inventories. The role involves following safety, GMPs, FSMA rules and company policies, with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities include coordinating production with staff, recording invoices and weight tickets, and ensuring quality control while complying with policies. Night/weekend hours apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Intermediate math and basic computer skills required.
• Experience with agricultural equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under minimal supervision, operate feed bulk load-out system, load and weigh feed trucks with required feed type and quantity
• Communicate and coordinate schedule and production with personnel to maximize efficiency
• Report equipment malfunction to appropriate personnel in a timely manner to reduce down time
• Take and record daily inventories
• Provide documentation on feed invoices and ingredient weight tickets as requested
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Work in compliance with all company policies, GMP's, FSMA regulations and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations
• All other duties as assigned
