The role involves preparing documents, processing invoices, POD research, and end-of-month close tasks, while maintaining daily reporting and effective communication across teams.

Successful candidates will be detail oriented, proficient in Excel/Word/Outlook, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare order documents for Night Warehouse Operations.
• Scan previous days delivery invoices into the system.
• Research proof of delivery (POD) documents upon request.
• Handle month end close processes (last day of the month).
• Invoices orders through the internal system.
• Communicate information clearly to all levels of the organization.
