Job summary

Singer Equipment Company, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Worker to join our busy Paterson, NJ team. You will help fulfill next-day outbound orders, assist with forklift operations after training, and keep aisles and equipment clean.

This role requires basic math, a HS diploma or GED, and reliable transportation. Night shift is 7pm–5am and may require overtime. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass required clearances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.

• Ability to read and verbally communicate in English.
• Pass physical examination and clearances.
• Night Shift (7pm-5:00am) should be available for overtime.

Singer Equipment Company, one of the largest distributors of foodservice equipment and supplies in the country, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Night Shift Warehouse Worker to join our responsive, knowledgeable and friendly team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Will be trained as a certified forklift operator
• Will fulfill orders for outbound deliveries the next day (our truck, FedEx, UPS, or Old Dominion)
• Will be responsible for cleaning a designated aisle in the building, and keeping their designated forklift clean and operational
• Will be required to lift boxes of a maximum of 50 lbs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience required
• Ability to perform basic math skills
• HS diploma or GED
• Specialized skill(s): Ability to read and verbally communicate in English
• Certification(s): Equipment experience preferred
• Night Shift (7pm-5:00am) should be available if needed for overtime
• Should have reliable transportation to work
• Pass physical examination and other clearances
