Job summary

Performance Foodservice, a PFG broadline distributor, seeks a night shift Shipping Administrative Assistant to support the Shipping Department with communication, paperwork, and data entry. Responsible for scheduling and confirming shipping and may assist with trailer prep for loading in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• 6-12 months warehouse shipping and receiving admin support and data entry
• 1-2 years warehouse shipping and receiving admin support and data entry
• OSHA Forklift operator certificate

Responsibilities

• Schedules and confirms all shipping for site.
• Read and interpret information quickly in a fast paced work environment.
• Provides administrative support for shipping including communication, paperwork and system data entry.
• May move and prep trailers for loading and shipping.
