• Provide support, encouragement, and motivation for client independence.
• Maintain boundaries with clients and uphold a respectful shelter environment.
• Conduct rounds to monitor client safety and facility conditions.
• Connect clients with Rescue Mission services and resources.
• Document information with confidentiality and communicate with the team.
