Job summary

Georgia-Pacific’s Anchor Packaging facility in Paragould, AR is seeking Sheetline Operators to operate plastic sheet extrusion equipment for food packaging. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, standing for long shifts, and maintaining production and quality records.

Night shift is offered with a pay range of $20.00–$22.30 per hour. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, or at least 3 months of manufacturing experience and be comfortable using a computer, tablet, or smartphone

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or a minimum of three (3) months of manufacturing experience.
• Experience working with a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic extrusion line in the manufacturing of plastic sheets for food packaging.
• Utilize the processes and controls.
• Identify differences in raw materials.
• Operate and maintain measuring equipment to maintain good quality.
• Maintain all production and quality reports.
• Keep area and equipment clean.
• Maintain control of material.
• Perform tasks such as lifting up to 70lbs, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environment.
