Job summary

Anchor Packaging, a Georgia-Pacific company, is hiring a Shift Operations Supervisor to lead the Inline Department at the Paragould, AR facility. You will hire, develop, and manage a group of roughly 60–70 hourly employees and support a night shift schedule (7pm–7am).

As a key leader, you will drive a Principle-Based Management culture, partner with process engineers and HR to shape safety, quality and staffing plans, and oversee performance reviews and career development for the shift team.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring, developing and retaining hourly operations staff.
• Experience implementing safety and environmental policies.
• Experience with quality control systems and continuous improvement.
• Ability to facilitate 1-on-1 and group conversations.
• Able and willing to work a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain contributing employees within a diverse team.
• Align team with vision, strategies and priorities to maximize contribution.
• Motivate staff to achieve long-term team success.
• Coordinate safety risk assessments and implement risk-reduction solutions.
