Job summary

Anchor Packaging, a Georgia-Pacific company, is hiring a Shift Operations Supervisor for our Paragould, AR facility. You will hire, develop and manage a team of hourly workers on a night shift, ensuring performance aligns with our Principle-Based Management culture.

You will lead staffing, training, and coaching, collaborating with process engineers and maintenance to close performance gaps and drive continuous improvement. The role oversees ~60-70 staff on the shift.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience with safety and environmental policies and processes.
• Experience with implementing and sustaining quality control systems.
• Experience facilitating 1-on-1 and group conversations.
• Able and willing to work a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain hourly operations employees to mirror a Principle-Based Management culture.
• Help team understand and embrace vision, strategies and priorities for maximal contribution.
• Motivate employees to realize potential for long-term success.
• Coordinate safety risk assessments and implement risk-reduction solutions.
• Define, educate, coach and execute disciplined operation processes.
