Qualifications

• Experience operating a folder/gluer in a folding carton environment.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use software.
• Mechanical ability and related skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machine to ensure quality products at a consistent pace.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and safeties.
• Troubleshoot, perform routine maintenance, and keep accurate production records.
• Coordinate with team and communicate run status across shifts.
