Job summary

Kerry Group in Clark, NJ is seeking a laboratory-focused role to support sensory evaluation and QA in a dual-building flavor and seasoning environment. You will perform taste tests, prepare materials, and document results for manufacturing and R&D teams.

Requirements include an Associate degree (GMP) with lab experience; a Bachelor’s in food science/chemistry is preferred. Onsite night shift, with competitive benefits and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1 year in a GMP Laboratory environment.
• Bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry or related discipline preferred.
• Ability to taste products with no dietary restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform sensory tests on raw materials and finished products.
• Prepare materials for laboratory sensory evaluation.
• Learn sensory, physical, chemical, or instrumental evaluation methods.
• Submit evaluation results using paper and SAP.
• Maintain clean and safe lab equipment and environment.
• Prepare shipments and labels for samples and check COA.
