Qualifications

• Five years of experience in one or more crafts (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Preferred: Stationary Engineer License 3rd Grade.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and routine/preventative maintenance on equipment, systems, buildings, and grounds.
• Maintain records of materials and work performed; coordinate workflow of other technicians.
• Act as point of contact for vendors; prepare and submit reports; participate in process improvements.
