Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, buildings, and utility systems.
• Respond to HVAC service calls and plumbing issues.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, and utility systems.
• Ensure work meets standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
• Document actions, labor hours, and materials in work orders.
