Neovia Logistics is seeking a Senior Maintenance Associate for our Greenfield, IN facility. The role ensures the building and surrounding areas stay safe, clean, and properly maintained, with a night shift and weekend/holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of Maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance skills.
• Ability to work safely with facility systems, tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance such as Painting, Landscaping, Janitorial Duties, Pest Control, Drywall Patching, Concrete Patching, and Power Washing.
• Maintain building cleanliness, organization, and appearance throughout the facility.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties, including floors, loading docks, walls, windows, and common areas.
• Remove trash, debris, snow, and other hazards from sidewalks, dock areas, and facility grounds.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and other warehouse equipment.
• Assist with maintenance and support of conveyors and material handling systems.
• Inspect facility equipment regularly to identify concerns and recommend actions.
• Monitor fire safety systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
