Job summary

Neovia is seeking a Senior Maintenance Associate for the 2pm-10pm shift to ensure the Greenfield facility remains safe, clean, and fully functional. You will perform routine maintenance across building systems, operate PIT equipment, and coordinate with engineers and vendors as needed.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to follow written procedures while communicating clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on background in automotive, diesel, HVAC, or similar.
• Comfortable with common hand tools.
• Clear English communication, verbal and written; describe faults and document issues.
• Basic computer skills to read logs and access interfaces.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and complete work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance (painting, landscaping, janitorial, pest control, drywall/concrete patching, power washing).
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties (floors, docks, walls, windows, common areas).
• Remove debris and hazards from sidewalks and grounds.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment; monitor forklifts and warehouse gear.
