Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician- Hotfill (Nights) to ensure equipment uptime through thorough troubleshooting and repair of production equipment across the plant. The role involves collaboration with operators, supervisors, and senior technicians to resolve issues and keep lines running safely.

The ideal candidate will have strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic skills, experience reading schematics, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be able to troubleshoot production equipment including injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, stretch wrappers
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Experience with maintenance of chillers, air compressors, and water filtration equipment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing equipment
• Repair equipment and conveyors; maintain plant equipment uptime
• Perform preventative maintenance and document work orders
• Safety compliance and proper use of PPE
• May fill in for production operator as needed
• Lead or train teammates in a defined area of plant or machine center
