Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Technician- Hotfill (Nights) to ensure equipment uptime through in-depth troubleshooting and repair across production lines including injection molders, blow molders, fillers, labelers, and conveyors. The role requires collaboration with operators, supervisors, and senior maintenance staff to resolve mechanical issues during shifts.

The position emphasizes safe operation, adherence to plant safety rules, and accurate documentation of repairs and parts

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 4 years – experience in field or similar maintenance environment.
• 4 years – experience in position.
• 4 years – experience managing people/projects; may include combination of work experience and education.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing equipment.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment.
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment per Niagara’s processes.
• Maintain industrial control systems.
• Work independently and with others to complete repairs safely and timely.
