Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for the night shift to maintain uptime and lead repairs on bottling equipment including blow molding, filling, labeling, and packaging lines.

The role requires deep experience in maintenance within a beverage manufacturing environment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to train and guide operators and mechanics. The position emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration with plant leadership.

Qualifications

• 6 years experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment
• 6 years experience in current position
• 4 years experience managing people or projects
• 4 years experience in one of: blow molding, injection molding, packaging or beverage
• 4 years experience with packaging/bottling equipment (Krones, Husky, Sidel or similar)
• 1 year leading and developing others on functionality and repair of equipment
• 2 years experience creating process improvements or continuous improvement initiatives
• 4 years experience with electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and good manufacturing practices plant-wide
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures
• Lead projects involving continuous improvement, upgrades and problem resolution
• Rapidly identify machine problems to minimize downtime with root cause analysis
• Transfer knowledge to Niagara team members for procedures in bottling production areas
• Create SOPs for troubleshooting machines and upload to BDA system
• Stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Own toolbox and basic tools
