Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations in Pryor Creek, OK, to lead daily operations for national returns processing and outbound order preparation at a multichannel distribution center.

This role requires strong leadership, Lean experience, and a track record of achieving KPIs in a warehouse setting. You will supervise a team, drive safety and efficiency, and coordinate maintenance and inventory controls while working a flexible schedule and supporting a

Qualifications

5 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends if needed.
English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Experience in warehousing or 3PL environments.

Responsibilities

Supervise, motivate, coach and train warehouse associates; implement performance improvement strategies.
Oversee equipment and coordinate maintenance needs.
Handle inventory control processes.
Drive quality operations through Lean methodologies.
Create and monitor KPIs against targets; lead the org to meet KPIs.
Ensure picking and putaway activities meet operational needs.
Lead the team to support value-added service and outbound packing to meet lead times.
Initiate projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale.
