Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the daily management of a multichannel distribution center in Mississippi.

You will lead the operations team, ensure efficient returns processing, and drive outbound order preparation while guiding teams through Lean-based improvements. The role requires leadership prowess, 5+ years in warehouse operations, and a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Flexibility to work overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, coach and train warehouse associates; drive performance improvements.
• Oversee equipment and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Manage inventory control processes.
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve quality, delivery and cost.
• Create and monitor KPIs to exceed targets.
• Ensure picking and putaway meet operational needs.
• Lead outbound packing to meet lead times.
• Drive projects aimed at safety, quality and morale.
