Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Pryor Creek, Oklahoma, is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Site Operations to lead the warehouse's daily performance, including order fulfillment, shipping/receiving and inventory control.

You will hire and develop staff, maintain schedules, ensure safety, quality and contract metrics, and coordinate maintenance. A 5-year background in supply chain and 5 years in leadership are expected, with proficiency in MS Office and WMS.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment.
• 5 years managerial/supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge; ISO environment; WMS experience; P&L and HR practices exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and personnel activities in the facility and ensure safe, clean operation.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff; consult with HR as needed.
• Maintain work schedules and assignments.
• Ensure time and attendance is maintained and approved timely.
• Coordinate maintenance and efficient use of equipment.
• Maintain 7S Workplace Organization and safety procedures.
• Manage stock and material flow with staff collaboration.
• Meet contract metrics and operational standards.
• Uphold quality management procedures across groups.
• Focus on productivity, quality and safety.
