Sinceri Senior Living in Peoria, IL is seeking an experienced nursing professional for a part-time role. You will monitor daily resident care, perform nursing tasks, and communicate with families and physicians. You will help with shift assignments and ensure accurate documentation and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN or RN license if required by state
• Experience working with elderly in healthcare setting preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitors the daily care of all residents
• Performs nursing tasks per policy and state law
• Documents observations and changes in resident conditions
• Communicates resident needs to family and physicians
• Records physician orders and ensures updates to service plans
• Maintains medication cart and records
• Assists in shift assignments and staffing duties
• Ensures care staff comply with policies and procedures
• Manages scheduling and staffing coverage as needed
• Addresses family and visitor concerns with proper reporting
