Sinceri Senior Living is seeking an LPN/LVN with current state licensure to join our team on the 2nd shift. The role involves resident care, medication administration, and supervising Caregivers in a senior living setting. Candidates should have prior experience with the elderly and a professional demeanor.

Formación

• Current state LPN/LVN license.
• Experience working with elderly in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in narcotic count and medication dispensing.
• Maintains orderly medication cart and accurate records.
• Monitors daily care of residents and responds to emergencies.
• Documents observations and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Communicates needs to family, physicians, and other providers.
• Schedules and assigns Caregivers and monitors performance.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when Administrator or HSD is absent.
• Handles shift coverage and staffing duties as needed.
• Performs building tours and handles minor repairs as required.
