Responsibilities

• Direct production activities and ensure schedules meet quality and cost objectives.
• Guide team on manufacturing priorities and coordinate with engineering and equipment support.
• Drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, and cost control.
• Track yield and output daily and report against plan.
• Support 24-hour operation on a compressed night shift schedule.
