Allied Universal is hiring a Graveyard Security Shift Supervisor in Los Angeles. You will oversee the security of a high-profile client’s facility and campus during the graveyard shift, deter crime, and enforce post orders.

Responsibilities include directing staff, cross-training officers, and coordinating scheduling and training to ensure optimal site operation. Requires CA guard card, 2+ years of supervisor security experience, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CA Guard card licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Two years of verifiable security experience; one year of supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to follow post orders.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security staff on the graveyard shift and ensure contract compliance.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates; supervise scheduling and on-site training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are met; monitor overtime.
• Prepare reports and assist in security surveys and post orders as needed.
• Maintain high standards of safety, poise, and professional conduct.
