Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Graveyard Healthcare Patrol in Los Angeles, CA. You will monitor hospital facilities, deter incidents, and provide courteous assistance to patients, visitors, and staff in an unarmed capacity.

The role requires patrols, incident response, and adherence to healthcare site policies. Strong customer service and prior security/healthcare experience are valued.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a security-related role.
• At least 2 years in a healthcare/medical-related field.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and report per protocol.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hospital facilities and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with directions and escorts as needed.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and coordinate with staff and leadership.
