J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. seeks a Security Operations Coordinator I to document security-related calls and emails, route/escalate issues, and help protect assets on campus and at remote locations.

The role involves alarm monitoring, video review, and collaboration with law enforcement as needed. The position is full-time with a Thursday-Saturday schedule and every other Wednesday night shift, requiring a High School diploma or GED and security experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of security-related experience.
• Preferred: security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• CPR Certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails, route or escalate issues as needed.
• Write initial reports on accidents, incidents, or suspicious activity.
• Operate access control at campus and remote sites and issue credentials.
• Conduct routine video review and alarm monitoring.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Monitor security systems for leaks or fraud; report to management.
