Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 1 year of experience in security, logistics, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms with accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gate transactions and log entries in the Gatekeeper system.
• Authenticate third-party carrier information and verify external carriers.
• Engage with drivers to communicate security procedures for entry/exit.
• Support SOPs for security tech and systems; train staff in PINs and access cards.
• Conduct regular audits of transactions and report discrepancies or incidents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve gate operation issues.
