Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma; Associate degree preferred but not required.
• Six months experience in SOC or 911 dispatch center is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools and internet use; excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm signals and dispatch authorities per SOPs.
• Monitor video surveillance to identify threats and assist responders.
• Document incidents and provide detailed reports; maintain calm communication.
• Provide timely, professional service to all clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Answer incoming lines with clear, courteous communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Security Operations Manager.
